No. We offer a range of settling techniques based on your child’s age, temperament and your parenting stye. CIO is built on the notion that you put your baby to sleep at a set time, and let them cry until they fall asleep, with no interaction until the morning.
If you are consistent and patient, we can expect to see results within 3 nights. However the entire process can take up to 14 days, and we encourage you to be home for the duration of this time.
