Our Service Conditions
If you purchase any of our packages; you agree to the following:
- to follow safe sleeping practices in line with the AAP safe sleep guidelines and recommendations.
- to notify us of any unsafe sleep practices.
- you are solely responsible for your child’s safety.
- We do not have any responsibility for your child’s safety.
- to consult your GP if your child has any medical conditions which prevent them from safe sleep training.
- to disclose any of your baby’s medical condition to us.
- the sleep plan we provide to you is meant for your child only and should not be shared with a third party. Any party found to be sharing our sleep plans will be liable for the cost of the shared program.
- Any changes you make to your babies sleeping or eating arrangements are at your discretion. Our role is to make suggestions for change, of which you are responsible for choosing to implement.
- The information we provide to you is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health care provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment and before undertaking a new health care regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this site.
Fees and cancellations

- Fees for our Services are payable in advance
- We do not provide refunds for cancellations for any of our packages. However, if you notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, then we will reschedule the appointment for a mutually convenient time within the next 30 days. Otherwise, cancelled appointments will be forfeited and associated Fees are payable.
